- Skirting, materials,
labor, installation, etc.; Not included.
- Steps or Decks, lumber, materials, labor, installation,
etc.; Not included.
- Home buyer is responsible for any additional cost incurred during delivery
of home.
- such as: trees cut, fences moved, equipment rental, earth moving etc.
** "Total project management" or "Turn-key" deals are available and will be
quoted on a case by case basis. |
Home Finders, Inc. "Install" Will Include the Following: (New Homes Only)* - Delivery
- Marriage of the two halves (if double wide is purchased) or the set of single wide. On buyer's ready foundation.
- Support block/pier, level and anchor of the home. On buyer's ready foundation.
- Exterior
fit and finish work. i.e. trim, siding, fascia, shingles, etc. On buyer's ready foundation.
- Interior
fit and finish work. i.e. trim, carpet stretch, marriage line finish, etc. On buyer's ready foundation.
*Buyer must be willing to coordinate foundation completion to coincide with home delivery from factory (See dealer
